Comment:  Pi Kapp is definitely on the up but could probably throw more parties. Mostly out of state but really nice and fun guys but still have room to grow. Upper middle right now but in a year or two could easily push top especially given how Fiji, Snu, and KA have been underwhelming this past year and aren’t as solidly top tier like Theta Chi and Lambda are.
