Comment:  The men in this frat are extremely creepy and do not talk to girls. I have been guest listed to many of the TEP parties and have also gone with friends that have guest listed me through their sorority. Walking into parties I have been told to stay away from one man in particular. I don't know how multiple people can say a guy is creepy but then they keep him in the frat. I heard that they are getting the ZBT house next year, but that shouldn't mean they should become a better fraternity because in reality their parties are pretty mid and a house isn't going to change that.
