Comment:  Dphi is bottom but members know that and don't think they're better than other orgs. Most sisters get along really well and clearly there's a little bit of drama but that happens in every other org on campus too, some orgs are just more mature about it. Biggest advice to PNM's is to give dphi and other lower orgs the same chance you would give middle / top orgs because you never know what it's like when you're in.
