Comment:  SAE guys grind on GR so I'll set the record straight for those rushing in the future. Used to be top here when they were old SAE. Current house has 0 relation to those guys who were basically what Sig Chi is now. Will be interesting to see how they are in ~10 years but for right now not worth joining. Not in their house currently and even when they are next sem they have no sorority relations and a bunch of squids (typical of a refounding chapter). People say eventually they'll be good but basically they're no different from DKE (great house, top legacy, alumni, squiddy guys) which means they'll get nowhere soon. Will take a lot of work to get this house even to mid tier in the next 5 years, worth it to join a more established house.
