Comment:  Great frat full of gentlemen. Sure, the parties are average but the house is great and so is the company. If you want constant project X level parties, this is not your fraternity. But, if you want a great group of guys to kick back and chill with at a great house and classy brotherhood, Chi Psi hits the spot.
