Comment:  Ok, let me fill you all in on this one. They grind Greekrank the most and there is zero debate. A few years ago, they were a very very poor frat with poor relations and a reputation of weird, artsy kids. However, they got a good class last year and have grinded Greekrank this year to trick kids into thinking they are on a new regime where they can be the top frat. Don't get me wrong, they got a better class this year than what they used to get, but many of the freshman already have seen the Dx trap. This trap is that the frat really can't shift their social standing so much while they have weird juniors and seniors and an overall still poor rep for the house. Only once these freshman become seniors, can they switch their reputation. The real question is if you are in it for the long run.
