Comment:  This house used to be the top house two years ago in the fab five but then once SDT dropped so did Sig Pi to make it balanced. Furthermore, Sig Pi was a consensus top-tier frat and better than DU until last year when, on the last day to sign bids, the rushes all went separate paths and then Sig Pi was left with a smaller pc. Yet, they recovered from that by taking a large and amazing fall class, with a very solid spring class this year. They have always been in the same tier as DU because they cross-rush the most. Typically, these are the wealthy private school finance bros from the tri-state area who were rushing AD and Sig Phi as well. Because DU is on a major downfall, Sig Pi will be back to where they were very quick.
