Comment:  100% the best chapter without a house at the moment, the only thing keeping them from being a top tier is that they currently don't have a house. They are great guys and I always feel respected at their parties. Once they finish their house at the end of this year I think they will skyrocket in house rankings, and probably going to be the top house within the next 3/4 years. The last few pledge classes have been amazing and it is only going to be a matter of time before they're number one.
