Comment:  Out of all the sororities in the united states, Kappa Delta is known to be hated, but not the most hated.. they're hated - mostly for its reputation. Here at eiu Kappa Delta is different, the house is divided from mean girls to nice girls, haven't heard anything crazy except your typical sorority bullying, but that seems to be the common trend for every house, even if they are bottom tier.
