Comment:  This frat getting a lot of hate recently which I think is misplaced. The drop off in quality between their senior class and other classes is not as big as people make it seem. Yes, this frat is not as great as it once was. Will it become a C4 mid? Hell no. Great location, great house, and chill guys keep this house as an upper tier.
