Comment:  The truth is that the AOIIs are a classy version of the A Phis. They're both new but A Phi has gone on and advertising campaign to try to move up. AOII probably isn't even on this site. They're just sweet girls -- not all the cutest ones, but they're involved, smart, and fun. At rush I cut A Phi before I cut AOII.
