Comment:  True. Not every house COBs at all. Some might pick up one girl that they really wanted. A Phi wants people to think its normal to COB, but actually even one girl would be a rare exception. A Phi COBs tons of girls. And really, 5 years is long enough. You got a huge PC your first year and you've snap bidded and COBed every year since. If you still can't fill your enormous house it's time to rent out part of it.
