Comment:  think theyre climbing to middle tier by clinging on to chi phi for whenever chi phi has gaps in their social schedule. connives and begs chi phi for parties like winterfest and fall fest when not even a mid frat wants to do it with them. To be honest, they are the top of the bottom tiers, but are never moving from there. Maybe even agam will pass them soon, nobody likes being in zeta or hanging out with them. zlam <3
