Comment:  My favorite house on campus. A reasonably diverse blend of pre-professional/finance bros, international students, and gym rats. I think they have a solid balance of house parties and going downtown. Vibes are good and you don’t see randos at their events. Would be cool if they mixed with more srats but given the ratio at their parties idk if they need to
