Comment:  Phi Delta Theta brothers leave trash and broken beer bottles near my son's elementary school regularly. We do NOT live in a college neighborhood. I have asked them to pick-up their trash and stop partying in the street until 3:00 am as we all have school and work in the morning. No change. This frat gives UTSA a bad name.
