Comment:  im in a top tier fraternity, and I can honestly say they are cooler dudes than most of the middle tier frats. I have a few classes with these guys and they always look pretty fratty. The biggest thing thats holding them back is the house situation. If they got a legit house they could easily move into the middle tier (granted there isnt much competition in the middle)
