Comment:  A Chi O is a prestigious house but they have been recruiting worse than other top houses because you can tell the girls are fake and can’t even hold a conversation. Some of them are mean or rude in social scenes, and definitely not the classiest or hottest. Top 5 at UIUC but without the prestige they realistically are on the same tier as Alpha Phi
