Comment:  Every rank for sig ep is a self rank. The reason they say their parties are top is because they are other frats. You can’t throw a party at another frat and claim it was yours. Also, most frats have a dry housing rule but sig ep and beta are the only ones that are enforced. The original reason they got kicked out of their house was because a person from their nationals found empty beer cans on a surprise visit lmao
