Comment:  Sigma Chi at Baylor has been struggling to get a consistent crowd at their parties. The Baylor party scene is lame so it’s not their fault. The guys are preppy, smart, and pretty good looking. Their parties are great, but their houses are too small and cannot accommodate a lot of people indoors. Their popularity at baylor is always consistent and they are intelligent guys.
