Comment:  The reason their parties are hyped up is because they are thrown with other frats. They have the most strict no alcohol housing policy (it’s why they got kicked off in the first place). Even if they do get their house back, which they won’t, they will only throw at annex’s and other frats. Also achirho is squatting in their house and has no plans to move out. Overall mid and overrated.
