Comment:  don't be fooled by all of the theta chis that live on this website, boulder barely considers them a frat - true bottom tier. it's full of people that got no bids (so they get big PCs bc they bid everybody). exhibit A: a kid we didn't invite back at rush after hearing he's weird with chicks is now in theta chi and loves it. most kids that we've dropped from rush have ended up here.
