Comment:  It is really hard to rate the Kappas. Some are absolutely the nicest ladies you could meet and others are stuck up and frankly, rude. There are about as many of the first kind as the second so together they are average, however, none of their members are actually average. They are either really average. They are either outstanding or unacceptable.
