Comment:  I am going to be absolutely brutally honest in this review: - Very nice brothers (some are cute too!) - Dumpster of a house, it's very dirty - Parties are pretty dope, better than most frats I go to - Good numbers, have a pretty big amount of brothers - A weird brother here and there, but that's the case with every frat I have noticed - Jungle juice at their parties are very good - Great location right on College Ave, not far from anything
