Comment:  pi phi used to be on the same tier as phi sig, chi o, and axid level but now they seem to be on adpi and dz level so they clearly are falling while other houses in the mid tier are rising. their 26s can not compare to other houses' 26s and their frat relation got better but they definitely lack refinement and are not as involved on campus as other sororities
