Comment:  Dphie has created an environment so toxic that many sisters want out. This sorority has hurt my mental health so badly that I’m considering dropping. Leadership board is trying to mend the issues, but they cant seem to understand or listen to sisters. Everything is gossip, and if they hear one bad/untrue thing about you they ostracize you. If you have any mental health issues or have anything traumatic happen to you do not trust these girls to help or understand. They’ll hold it against you. There is no sisterhood and the disrespect from both leadership and other sisters is insane.
