Comment:  Definitely the consensus top fraternity. Lambda is pretty much the goal off 99% of rushers but they are also the most selective. Theta Chi pretty much is the second biggest fish and gets first choice of Lambdas rejects but there is a huge, massive drop from Lambda to Theta Chi
