Comment:  I dropped zeta, this is my honest review. Actual house is really nice, the house Mom gave me coffee if I stayed late studying, my friends genuinely enjoyed living in the house I wish I would have. The girls are overall nice and genuine, you’re at a big school so big pcs means there’s bound to be cliques. From my experience though the cliques didn’t exclude people and weren’t mean to each other it was more just like who hung out with who most which was pretty much whoever lived in your neighborhood freshman year. Zeta nationals does hold this chapter to ridiculous standards compared to like cmu though which was a pain in the ass. There’s a lot of events nationals made mandatory and nationals doesn’t take many excuses and you get fined if you don’t go. It was hard to juggle a hard major and all the mandatory events which is why I dropped. It’s manageable but you need good time management which I don’t have lol. Overall I enjoyed my time, I still chill with friends from my pc and no one’s been rude since I dropped
