Comment:  Definitely mid tier, but not quite bottom. Better than pikap and sigep for being active but nowhere near sae or ksig for relations with sororities. The main problem is they let randoms into their parties so there’s a lot of sketchy stuff that can happen at their events. If they were a bit pickier with their new members and cleaned up their reputation they could be a top house for sure.
