Comment:  Alpha Phi is really struggling right now. They are not meeting the needs of their members and unfortunately are suffering from a lot of girls dropping out because of it. They care more about what the appearance profile of their chapter looks like than what the members they bring in are going to do for the chapter. They also don't like to associate with other Panhellenic sororities so if you are hoping to join the Greek Community as a whole, take note of that.
