Comment:  Top tier. Good frat relations. Mostly attractive but very toxic girls. The house of bullies. Nice house and decent location. Would not recommend unless you want clout and hang with top frats (which tbh you can find cute guys anywhere not all top frat guys are hot). If you want sisterhood and prestige go for other top houses
