Comment:  Phi Psi does have some pluses - nice house, nice lawn and rising stature; but, right now it's still solidly mid-tier. Most of the members are pretty nice guys, but they've yet to get on solid footing when it comes to recruiting, and there's indiscriminate bidding to get numbers. Heavy self-ranking is pretty obvious!
