Comment:  Theta Chi is the sorriest excuse of a fraternity. If I had to give a description of the brothers in that frat, I would say that they are just panhandlers who do a very poor job checking their egos at the door despite being rich and have a negative reputation of being woman abusers and showing no regard for marginalized communities and health guidelines.
