Comment:  UT chapter of PiPhi is the last bastion of hope for the organization. They are nowhere of substance at other schools. Mostly lower mid to lower tier except at UT and it shows. Memorial HS girls are excited to have joined, privates don’t care. They have their own parties. PiPhi or no PiPhi.
