Comment:  yes, self rankings exist. take any extremes with a grain of salt. Gphi is a diverse house of genuine nice girls who are smart, pretty, fun, and driven. Most sororities have a mix of personalities. Look at the organization and its values to see if it's a good fit. Ignore gossip and rankings and see for yourself - keep an open mind to find a good fit.
