Comment:  I'm a baby alpha phi and I cut a lot of the houses are ranked higher on here even preffed alpha phi over one of the ones above a phi on this list because I thought the girls were so genuine and sweet! I still think the exact same, actually. OU has such great chapters and there are girls in every house with something amazing to offer to OUR pan system! It's a shame everyone has to spend their time cutting everyone else down.
