Comment:  They are definitely better than KD. Prettier girls than GPhi and has more diversity. So top 3 on campus at the moment. They are not academically inclined and not super social because why hang with mid tier frats when you’re a top house? Their house is pretty but location is terrible. It seems like they are super selective during formal but takes every girl for informal, which makes the impression that they are only selective for reputation but they are in fact not top tier. Still top 3 this year.
