Comment:  Chi Phi is so much fun! The guys are super friendly and like to throw a lot of parties. Their basement just gets too hot, and the music can be ok at times, but overall one of my favourite places to go. House has the best safety for girls. Super involved but not outstanding in looks. A great place for non-affiliated students to have a good fraternity party experience!
