Comment:  Skulls is a lower mid fraternity at psu; socials are not great but tend to draw a crowd, given maybe mostly freshmen. They do also have a great house and location. Some of the guys at skulls are great and some are creeps, very hit or miss. Worth a visit but not a frequent.
