Comment:  FIJI at psu is largely a love em or hate em fraternity, on-campus house certainly has its benefits but it's also their downfall. Actually has one of the better brotherhoods on campus and is very consistent with socials, but it's still hard to rate them as a 'popular' frat with the amount of hate they get. Their presence is certainly strong enough that with a house on the row FIJI could be a top tier frat.
