Comment:  Despite not a lot of name recognition at the moment, TEP is definitely the house to watch coming into the fall semester. Have yet to find a brother who hasn't been friendly and respectful. TEP has also had consistently above average parties this semester with some of the better facilities on campus. Not a daylong frat but have movable fences and are one of the only if not the only fraternity on campus to successfully throw outside at night. The DJ and lighting setup inside is unbelievable for registered events and easily one of the best you'll find in any fraternity at PSU. Relaunched only in 2017 and at this point I can easily see TEP as a solid mid fraternity in coming years.
