Comment:  Can we stop with the self ranking?? Alpha Phi is a bottom tier house. They have maybe 6 attractive (but weird) girls who they post incessantly on social but that doesn’t make them a desirable house. Literally no one wants them during rush. They haven’t gotten to middle tier and won’t anytime soon. So let’s calm down and tell the truth. Alpha phi is bottom tier and if you just want to be Greek then fine take their bid. But with no house, constant COBs, girls dropping right and left, and no sisterhood bc of the constant churn, don’t expect much. When their house is done, maybe they’ll start to climb the tiers they’ve been desperately trying to since they colonized.
