Comment:  Great group of guys who are slowly on the come up. Got a great PC this year and looks like they might be a mid/upper fraternity in next couple of years. Always hosting fun events such as wine wednesdays and great socials. Depending on how the next couple of years go, theta chi can turn into a top tier fraternity.
