Comment:  Theyre a popular only house because they have a huge courtyard, and bid 50 dudes a semester so they can have a bigger social budget. Some of em are cool, but zero sense of brotherhood and because they don't even vet thier pledge classes, you end up with a buncha weirdos. And they boutta be homeless so meh who cares.
