Comment:  Definitely top 3 at App and have been for a while. Typical “bad boy” frat and get a bad rep (same as Pike) mainly from lower fraternities spreading lies. Recently kicked off w chance of coming back and don’t show signs of going anywhere. Sweet guys, fun parties, all around love this frat.
