Comment:  chi o is on the decline, and i think it’s only a matter of time before they’re bottom tier. they have been consistently recruiting mean, trashy women the last few semesters. they are not involved around campus and typically just stay in their little cliques even within the chapter. don’t be fooled by them buying instagram followers and likes.
