Comment:  Here’s the unbiased answer you were looking for. They’re a good frat. Simple as that. They have a good house, good parties, good brotherhood. They’re not some scummy frat or some crazy frat that throws ragers everyday. They’re on the smaller side so I expect them to build off this new freshman class but I only see them going up.
