Comment:  Going through recruitment I felt very out of place as someone who isn’t white. They have like two minorites/pocs. Everyone looks the same. Blonde/Brunette, white and skinny. I could tell they were judging me by the way I looked. They may act perfect on social media, but it may be not what it seems
