Comment:  Pi Phis are fun girls who are nice. Many are pretty and smart too. However, some of them can act out of pocket by trying too hard to be something they are not. Pi Phi tries to be a top house, but can't be until they can get PCs on the same level as APhi, Kappa, Theta, and DG.
