Comment:  Theta chi has great guys who are respectable, smart, can party, and make me feel comfortable. While they aren't a top house, they have top-tier guys who aren't rude and typical frat guys. The Kappas and GPhis of '25 seem to hang out there a lot, and basically all of AXO goes all the time because they always have events together.
