Comment:  It is seriously so true that if you are from out of state you will get the “regina george” treatment from the sorority. There are a few girls who are OOS in the tri delt cliques, and the girls make a point to prop them up on social media and make them look more inclusive. Otherwise, they are really cold, judgmental, and out of touch. I’ve had multiple out of state friends really struggle in this sorority, and it is really sad seeing how stressed out they would get trying to get themselves to fit in and do all of their philanthropy work to a T just to get approval that would never come. If you ever can’t come to something no matter your reasoning expect to get fined, really doesn’t matter the validity or nature of the absence. If you are rushing OOS and think that it will end up fine in this chapter you should consider it might be better being safe than sorry, and pref another chapter.
